A Full Electrical Fit-Out, in a Building That Couldn’t Stop
The client needed a complete electrical fit-out for a commercial office, power, data, lighting and the distribution behind it, ready for staff to move in on a fixed date. The catch: the rest of the building stayed live and occupied throughout.
That makes it a coordination job as much as an electrical one. Programme was tight, the main contractor and other trades were working the same floors, and disruption had to be kept to a minimum, all without cutting a corner on the finish or the paperwork.
