Most domestic installs are completed in a few hours on a single visit, once we've surveyed the job. We'll give you a clear timescale with your quote so there are no surprises on the day.
For a home charger, yes: you need somewhere off the public highway to park and run the cable safely, such as a drive, garage or private space. If you don't, talk to us and we'll advise on the options.
Tethered has the cable permanently attached (just grab and plug in); untethered gives you a socket to plug your own cable into, which is tidier and works with any connector. We'll help you pick based on how you park and charge.
Not when it's installed properly. We assess your incoming supply first, and where it's needed we fit load management so the charger balances against the rest of your demand, so it won't trip your main fuse or force an expensive supply upgrade.
Yes. We can integrate your charger with solar PV and battery storage so you can run your car on the energy you generate. See our Renewables service for that side of things.
